About Us

The Electrical Power Systems Construction Association (EPSCA) was established in 1972. The Association negotiates and administers construction trade collective agreements on behalf of employers performing construction industry work for the Bulk Electrical System on Ontario Power Generation Inc., Bruce Power LP and Hydro One property.

EPSCA has collective agreements with the following building trades:

The EPSCA organization consists of a Board of Directors composed of six owner Directors and twelve contractor Directors (See Board of Directors). They are either appointed, in the case of the owner Directors, or elected, in the case of the contractor Directors, at an annual general meeting which is open to all members.
